1. Offensive posts
User agrees not to use the FORUMS to send or post on message boards or any place on the FORUMS, any message or material that, in DECORATIVE CONCRETE FORUMS INC’s sole discretion is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, deceptive, profane, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, tortious, sexually offensive, racially offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. DECORATIVE CONCRETE FORUMS INC. prohibits the advertisement of or solicitation to sell, offer, trade, exchange or to buy or otherwise receive any products and/ or services of any kind on any of the Bulletin Boards unless authorized by DECORATIVE CONCRETE FORUMS INC. Users that solicit other users, attempt to drive users away from the Decorative Concrete Forums or undermine the forums on any way, shape or form will be immediately banned from the website.Top

3. Illegal Activities
User agrees not to post or use DECORATIVE CONCRETE FORUMS to distribute or send any illegal material of any kind, including but not limited to, illegal material in the form of text, graphics, videos, programs, or audio.
